Privacy Policy:

I hate spam more than you do.  I will never provide any of the information you send to me, including your email address, to anyone - except of course, as you may request me to do so in the course of conducting a real estate transaction.  For example, to the vendors (banks, home inspector, exterminator, etc.) that you have chosen to do business with.

The links that are provided on this website are intended to provide you with additional useful information.  It is not possible for me to control the content of the linked sites.  It also is not possible for me to ensure that they will always be functional or available.  I will do the best I can to make sure they remain applicable and available.  And, I will constantly be trying to identify and add websites that I think will be useful to you.  I also try to only choose sites that do not have pop-up windows.

Understand further that I will not (and legally, cannot) accept referral fees from any vendors in relation to a real estate transaction.  By my providing links to others, I am simply trying to provide a service to you - letting you know of companies that, so far, I think provide decent services related to a real estate transaction - including but not limited to:  lenders, home inspectors, termite inspectors, title and escrow companies and whomever else may provide services or products to you.
